The Town of Richland won the title of “Best-Tasting Drinking Water in Oswego County” during the annual contest this summer. Members of the Legislature's Health and Human Services Committee presented the award at a recent meeting of the County Legislature held at the H. Douglas Barclay Courthouse in Pulaski.
