The 2009 Oswego County
Tax Delinquent Property Auction was held on Saturday, October 3rd,
2009, at the BOCES Campus, 179 County Route
64, Mexico,
NY.
79 tax delinquent parcels were offered and all
were sold
No list of the auction
results will be published but all sales will be posted to our Real Property
database as deeds are recorded. Sales
information will include the new owner’s name, address and the auction sale
price.
No date has been set for the next
auction but it will likely be held in September of 2010. The exact date will be published when
established by the legislature and a list of foreclosed parcels slated for
the 2010 tax delinquent property auction will be published on our website in
late April or May of 2010.
